I’m soooooo sore
Yesterday burned 581 calories and today I did 524. Tomorrow is cardio recovery so I’m hoping these shins can get better. I feel mildly sore all over in a good way but those shins feel like heavy lead pipes or like my bones are hardening from the inside out. I changed my shoes I was wearing while working out too. Before I was wearing my running shoes out of habit but now I have on cross trainers…..I think. I usually preview tomorrows workout the day before but I didn’t want to see or hear Shaun T again today!
I was sooooo in my feelings this morning. Missing my dad and crying in a store because Take Me Home Country Roads came on as I was buying my bags of spring mix. Instead of getting some kind of comfort food I called my favorite auntie and took my pre workout. Got on the Total Gym for a leg workout then pushed play on Insanity. Here are my results of the fit test:
Greek yogurt is a fantastic baking swap for butter- it makes these brownies rich and chocolaty, moist and fat free! I tried using it in my lighter Greek yogurt cupcakes and it worked so well I thought I’d give it a try with brownies too! You can make these in a traditional brownie pan but I love getting perfect brownies in cupcake tins- you get the gooey center and chewy edges on every piece! Mix and match whatever fruits, extract, nuts or anything else you like in your brownies, these are just a suggestion to get you started! (The mint were my favorite though!)

Guys, there are mean people in this world. There will always be those people, no matter what you look like. And there will be guys and girls who will break your heart. F**** them, they’re not worth changing YOUR body over. If you change, change yourself to become the best version of you.
So much of what we do to ourselves is for the sake of acceptance by others. Self love first people and all the ones that are suppose to be there will be and those that dissed you before won’t matter.
Q:you should definitely do insanity!! i just finished day 6 :D it's amazing, very hardcore and insane aha. by the way, thanks for following :) your blog is awesome, gonna follow back :)
I’m sooooo scared!!! Awesome job with making it to day 6! I should be all on it since if I do insanity I can eat more than the 1200-1500 cals I’m doing now with weights being my main form of exercise.
Thinking I will start Insanity on Monday. I really really really dislike cardio so just jumping on the bike/elliptical is not getting it. I’d throw weight around all day if I could but I need to burn this fluff on top of my muscles. I need motivation to keep pushing so maybe Shaun T can help me dig deeper.
Anybody else doing or have done insanity?
